Partnerships
Channel partnerships that let us compare options honestly, move faster on setup, and implement the software and e-invoicing infrastructure that follows.
Channel partner with four UAE free zones
Being a partner with several, rather than tied to one, means we can set out the real differences — cost, activity list, visa quota, banking reputation, renewal terms — and let you choose on the facts.
Dubai-addressed free zone licences with a broad activity list. Also the licensing authority for Zaryx Consulting LLC – FZ itself.
Sharjah Media City. Cost-effective for media, consultancy and service activities, with a straightforward setup process.
Competitive entry cost, with packages suited to trading and small service businesses.
Large multi-sector zone covering commercial, industrial and educational activities, with warehousing and facility options.
We will tell you when a mainland licence, not a free zone one, is the better answer — and we can set that up too, through Zaryx Accounting LLC.
Zoho Books partner
We implement, migrate and support Zoho Books for UAE businesses — configured for VAT, Corporate Tax and the record-keeping the FTA expects to see.
- Setup and chart of accounts configured for UAE tax
- Migration from spreadsheets or another system
- VAT-compliant invoice templates
- Team training and ongoing support
- Reporting aligned to your filing calendar
Accredited service providers
UAE e-invoicing runs through accredited service providers. We hold partnerships with ASPs, which means we can assess your readiness, select the right provider and manage the appointment rather than hand you a list.
- Readiness assessment against current requirements
- ASP selection on your transaction profile, not ours
- Appointment and onboarding managed end to end
- Invoice data and format mapping
- Integration planning with your accounting system
DIFC structuring
DIFC is not one of our four free zone partnerships. Where a client needs a DIFC structure — a Family Office, a Foundation, an SPV holding company — we coordinate it through a partner firm licensed to do that work.
We say so plainly because the distinction matters. Zaryx manages the relationship, the sequencing and the tax position; the DIFC registration itself is executed by the partner. You will always know which firm is doing what.
- DIFC entity formation through a licensed partner
- Holding and SPV structure design
- Tax position across the group
- Ongoing accounting and compliance once established
What we do not claim: we are not a DIFC-licensed corporate service provider. Where that licence is required, the partner firm holds it.
Fewer handoffs, one accountable firm
Setup and compliance under one roof
The firm that incorporates your company is the firm that registers it for VAT and files the returns. Nothing is lost between a formation agent and an accountant.
Honest free zone comparison
Four partnerships rather than one. We have no reason to push you toward a particular zone, and we will say when mainland is the better structure.
Software and e-invoicing included
Zoho Books and ASP appointment are part of the compliance conversation, not a separate project with a separate vendor months later.
